About

I am a driven and motivated construction claims consultant, dispute resolution practitioner, mediator, adjudicator and arbitrator.

I am passionate about the strategic and innovative pursuit and resolution of construction claims and disputes.

Having held numerous positions within the industry including an in-house legal position for a project management company, a consulting role for a bespoke dispute resolution firm, an associate position for large prestigious law firms and a senior consulting role for a large claim consulting company, I believe that I can provide a holistic approach to the pursuit and resolution of any construction claim and/or dispute.

I have an extensive education including a Bcom(Law), LLB, LLM (Construction Law and Arbitration) (RGU) along with a certificate in Construction Adjudication from the University of Pretoria.

I am further a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (currently the Secretary of the local branch) along with being an internationally accredited mediator through CEDR.

My current role as a Senior Consultant for Hill International (South African Branch- BCA) includes advising clients throughout the construction industry on all matters pertaining to the formulation, pursuit and resolution of construction claims and disputes.
